We offer a 30-day return policy window. This window starts from the date on which you received your parts. We require an RMA number, aka Return Merchandise Authorization. To receive your RMA number, please send an email to scoutpartsmidwest@gmail.com. 


*Please note that we do not accept returns on Electrical or Wiring parts. 


No, unfortunately, we cannot take orders for out-of-stock or backordered parts. Please check back at a later time or contact us for more information.
